I am very fortunate indeed to have a dear friend and Brother Mason that had the honor and privilege of joining the Fraternity in Jolly Old England. He immigrated to the USA many years ago and was present at our Lodge for our 300th Anniversary Celebration! He most definitely confirms your description of the activities at the UGLE and has many fine stories that pertain to their English way of conducting oneself at Masonic functions. I have found my conversations with himto be quite enlightening and gives me hope that the future of FreeMasonry will once again shine as a beacon for mankind! We need to pay deep homage and respect for the Fraternity that our Founding Fathers had and the roots from whence we sprange. In my humble opinion; we need to institute more of the practices of our Ancient Order and pay it the due solemnity that it demands!
